Khaila, from the UK, contacted us to plan her wedding in Cluj, as her future husband was from the area. She chose us based on our first meeting, as well as our reviews and recommendations. She only visited the country once—to taste the menu and have her dress fitting. Almost all of our collaboration was done online, from planning to signing contracts. How do we go from plan to reality?
We collaborate closely with the bride, working out solutions for every proposal. We maintain the event budget and shape the details according to the chosen concept. For example, Khaila wanted a clean white theme—a fresh and classy look. Here’s how we brought her vision to life:
- White flowers for the ceremony (originally planned for outdoors but moved inside due to rain).
- Venue: White arrangements for the tables, individual white menus, a white castle at the playground, white candles and flowers for the groom’s table, and a stunning white rose bridal bouquet.
The timeline was relaxed and enjoyable, avoiding any rush. Khaila and her bridesmaids got ready in a hotel room, which was in the same building as the venue. The ceremony was set to take place in the garden, so preparations, the ceremony, photo session, and party were all conveniently in one location.
The bride and groom had a few private moments to enjoy the venue before the guests arrived. They then welcomed everyone with champagne and had a beautiful champagne tower moment with their bridesmaids and groomsmen.
The party kicked off with two heartfelt speeches—from the groom and the father of the bride—that left everyone in tears. It was the perfect moment to start the first dance. Everyone had a great time enjoying the food, drinks, and music.
The grooms also surprised the guests with a traditional Romanian dance moment, which was a special treat for those visiting from the UK and other countries.
